Board of Director's -- AUGUST -- Regular Meeting
CALL TO ORDER: Wednesday, August 25, 2004 –
President R. Reinhart convened the meeting to order at 17:00 hours.
ROLL CALL: R. Reinhart, President; J.K. Muller,
Vice-President (POL); J. Huss, Secretary; D. Hashin, Treasurer; A. Preece,
Sergeant-at-Arms/ Director (ABS); C. Bales, Director; E.N. Evenson,
Director (SCH); J. Allard, Director (SCH); J. Nelson, Director.
OTHER MEMBERS PRESENT: None.
GUESTS: None.
MINUTES: No Minutes presented.
TREASURER REPORT: Treasurer’s report presented and
explained by D. Hashin. Report accepted on a motion by J. Nelson and C.
Bales, with all concurring.
EXECUTIVE SESSION: R. Reinhart provided a status review
of the POA’s current litigation matters. Discussion held.
NEW BUSINESS
PORAC: R. Reinhart announced that the PORAC Region
IV Meeting was going to be held on September 11, 2004 at the Double Tree
Hotel in Orange. This will be a pre-conference meeting. Members are
welcome to attend.
ACTIVITIES:

ADJOURNMENT: This meeting was adjourned at 20:40
hours to reconvene at 15:30 hours on Wednesday, September 8, 2004.
